Determine customer needs. Actively support representatives in offering standard products with extensive accessories. Present and follow up on offers together with representatives.</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><p>• Preparing quotations for our customers worldwide based on the existing price list<br>• Processing spare parts orders<br>• Checking orders for technical and commercial accuracy<br>• Advising customers and field staff, submitting proposals for solutions and, if necessary, clarifying<br>matters with the specialist departments<br>• Setting deadlines based on documents or internal clarification and follow-up<br>• Compliance with SOX requirements<br>• Good cooperation with the export control officer</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, and Abilities</b></H2> </div><div><p>• Good technical product knowledge with several years of professional experience<br>• Good written and spoken German and English skills<br>• Good knowledge of MS Office/AS400/Sales Manager Professional/data archiving systems<br>• Very good SAP skills are an advantage<br>• Sales-oriented thinking and acting<br>• Strong communication skills and a pronounced customer focus<br>• Responsible, independent and structured way of working, initiative and ability to work in a team</p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Required Qualifications</b></H2> </div><div><p>• Completed apprenticeship in a commercial or industrial field<br>• very good German language skills<br>• very good English language skills<br>• read electrical and mechanical drawings<br>• Know device lists and parts lists</p></div></div></div>
