The employee transfers empty material handling containers to departmental staging areas and services the material handling needs of the production employees at their assigned plant.</span></span></span></span></p> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><ul style="margin-bottom:11.0px"> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span><span style="color:black">Using dead weights, check scale accuracy every morning.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span><span style="color:black">Weigh, tag and record inventory transactions for all production, warehouse, and outside processing functions. </span></span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span><span style="color:black">Record inventory movements in CMBIS modules to ensure accurate inventory records.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span><span style="color:black">Locate store items in proper rack locations. </span></span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span><span style="color:black">Maintain required paperwork.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span><span style="color:black">Must be able to perform the TPM required for all equipment used in this position.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span><span style="color:black">Maintain a clean orderly and safe working area.</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span><span style="color:black">Inspect forklift daily</span></span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span><span style="color:black">Perform other duties as required or requested.</span></span></span></span></li> </ul> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Knowledge, Skills, Competencies, and Abilities</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span><span><span style="color:black">Ability to read and interpret documents such as Work Instructions, Manufacturing Prints, ABC prints, work-order packets, and Non-Conforming Material Reports (NMR’s). Must be able to verbally communicate with other employees, lead persons and supervisors. </span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span><span><span style="color:black">Ability to review production schedule reports to identify and label products during the -weigh-counting operation. Must be able to operate weight-counting scales. </span></span> </span></span></span></li> </ul> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Required Qualifications</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="vertical-align:baseline"><span><span style="color:black">High school graduate</span><font color="#000000">, GED, or equivalent. </font></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="vertical-align:baseline"><span><span style="color:black">Employees will be required to complete training in the operation of the weight counting scales. </span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="vertical-align:baseline"><span><span style="color:black">Must have and maintain a valid forklift license. </span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="vertical-align:baseline"><span><span style="color:black">Knowledge of Kanban cards, pull systems, and computer data entry is required.</span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">Ability to safely lift/lower/push/pull up to 40 lbs.</span></span></li> </ul> </div></div></div>
