You will serve as a key influencer in helping customers return to a viable financial position working directly and indirectly with local teams through restructuring, borrower counseling, creative credit packages and resolution of distressed accounts if needed. Minimize reputation risk by providing positive exit solutions for customers who are not willing and/or able to make adjustments. Provide counseling to Credit Analysts and retail Financial Officers on loan structure, terms and conditions, pricing, and documentation for loans with significant credit weakness. This includes establishing and maintaining sound credit and loan administration, loan pricing, and establishing appropriate loan terms and conditions for the purpose of managing the loan risks for a variety of loans to include large and complex accounts. </span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:12.0pt">Manage assigned portfolio across multiple offices in accordance with companies and funding banks’ policies and procedures resulting in the greatest net return/best business decision.
