Job Title: Senior Manager, Industrial Security Job Code: 39313 Job Location: Colorado Springs, CO or Rochester, NY Job Schedule: 9/80 (Every other Friday off) Job Description: The Senior Manager, Industrial Security is responsible for managing and directing all Special Access Programs (SAP’s) and Intelligence Community (IC) security related issues at the L3Harris Space and Mission Systems (SMS) SS&I Division. The candidate will assume security management responsibilities for all requisite locations-based DoD Collateral, DoD SAP and Intelligence community programs awarded within the division. The senior manager will be responsible for the management and execution of all facility security functions including SAPF operations, personnel security, program support, physical security, information security, document control, badging and access control. In addition, site leader will be recognized as the Facility Security Officer and be required to support DCSA. They are responsible for implementing all requisite national security directives with specific emphasis on NISPOM, Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), Special Access Program (SAP) directives and other governing directives, as applicable. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
