The candidate in this role will provide front-line leadership for technician execution while also supporting technical test engineering responsibilities as needed. This role is primarily focused on afternoon/night shift and 24/7 test operations where additional direct leadership coverage is required; however, the candidate must remain flexible to support day-shift activities, weekends, overtime, travel, and schedule changes based on workload, staffing, and business needs.
