Job Title: Lead, Subcontracts (Part-Time) Job Code: 40205 Job Location: Fort Wayne, IN Job Schedule: 9/80 Job Description: The Subcontracts Lead is responsible for the overall life cycle of a subcontract, from the initial sourcing and acquisition strategy development, through the solicitation, negotiation, award, cost and schedule management, subcontractor execution and closeout steps. Subcontracts at L3Harris cover a variety of customer segments including U.S. Federal Government, Commercial, International Governments, International Commercial, and Defense, both domestic and international. Subcontracts leverage the variety of subcontract types, (i.e fixed-price, cost reimbursement, time & material, labor hour, etc.) to best manage risk for both L3Harris and our customers.
