This position focuses on landscaping, grounds maintenance, trash removal, and common area upkeep to ensure the community meets Inspire Communities’ standards for cleanliness, safety, and presentation.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">The Groundskeeper works collaboratively with the Community Manager and Maintenance Technician to maintain a clean, sans-serif">Pick up trash and debris throughout the community daily.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Maintain community cleanliness including streets, common areas, vacant sites, and amenities.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Mow grass, edge sidewalks and driveways, trim shrubs, and maintain landscaping beds.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and seasonal landscaping.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Remove leaves, branches, and storm debris as needed.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Perform seasonal grounds maintenance, including snow removal, salting sidewalks, and winterizing exterior areas as applicable.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Power wash sidewalks, community buildings, and common areas as needed.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Maintain irrigation systems including monitoring timers and reporting issues.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Assist with maintaining streetlights and exterior lighting by reporting outages or replacing bulbs as directed.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Paint curbs and exterior common elements as assigned.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Maintain community guidelines by reporting exterior appearance violations to the Community Manager.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Clean and maintain groundskeeping equipment and tools (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.).</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Support community events by assisting with setup and breakdown of outdoor areas.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Assist Maintenance Technician with exterior-related projects as directed.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Perform other duties as assigned.</span></li> </ul></div></div><div </div><div><ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions for extended periods.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Basic knowledge of landscaping, lawn care equipment, and exterior property maintenance.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.).</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high community standards.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Must be courteous, pleasant, and cooperative with co-workers, residents, and the public.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Must possess a current, valid driver’s license from the state where the community is located.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform bending, stooping, and prolonged standing.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">High School diploma or GED preferred.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Six months to one year of landscaping, groundskeeping, or property maintenance experience preferred.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Equivalent combination of training and
