Job Summary: Plans, organizes, and directs the maintenance and repair operations of the Leesburg facility. Includes fabrication and new construction needed to improve and update facility. Member of the management team providing information and feedback. Develops and implements maintenance policy. The role involves frequent bending, stooping, stretching, twisting, turning, and walking, along with prolonged periods of standing. At times, it also requires sitting at a desk to work on a computer. Visual requirements include close vision, distance vision, and depth perception. Additionally, the job may involve working in confined spaces and at heights.
