Other duties may be assigned. <ul style="margin-top:0.0in;margin-bottom:0.0in" type="disc"> <li style="color:#0a0a0a;margin-bottom:9.0pt;line-height:18.0pt;background-color:white;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Machine operation: Set up, operate, and monitor door manufacturing machinery to bore hinges, route jambs, and machine various door types.</li> <li style="color:#0a0a0a;margin-bottom:9.0pt;line-height:18.0pt;background-color:white;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Assembly: Fabricate and assemble door components according to work orders, which includes cutting doors to size and adding hinges.</li> <li style="color:#0a0a0a;margin-bottom:9.0pt;line-height:18.0pt;background-color:white;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Quality control: Conduct inspections to ensure finished products meet quality standards and specifications, and perform routine maintenance and cleaning on machinery.</li> <li style="color:#0a0a0a;margin-bottom:9.0pt;line-height:18.0pt;background-color:white;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Production support: Read and interpret work orders and technical drawings, perform calculations for measurements, and assist with material and inventory management.</li> <li style="color:#0a0a0a;margin-bottom:9.0pt;line-height:18.0pt;background-color:white;margin-top:0.0in;margin-right:0.0in;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve machine malfunctions or production issues to maintain efficiency and output.</li> </ul> Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
