<p><strong>What we bring to you:</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc"> <li>$22 per hour and quarterly bonus dependent on profitability </li> <li>Woodgrain covers 75% of medical, dental and vision insurance</li> <li>401k matching, Woodgrain matches up to 3% of your base salary</li> <li>2 weeks PTO and 9 paid holidays</li> <li>Perks such as tuition reimbursement and large discounts off Woodgrain products</li> </ul> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>What our Merchandise Stocker does:</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Responsible for learning and performing in-store service, managing inventory replenishment (ordering and stocking), generating weekly credits and providing exceptional customer service within a defined territory inside high volume national account stores</li> </ul> <ul style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc"> <li>Cover service calls when regular service representatives are away or on vacation</li> <li>Full service 2-3 stores per day. Full service includes: <ul style="list-style-type:disc" type="circle"> <li><strong>CLEANING: </strong>Recovering the condition of the aisle since last service.</li> <li><strong>STRAIGHTENING STOCK:</strong> Restocking messy bins or displays and resolving bin contamination.</li> <li><strong>STOCKING:</strong> Packing out any freight in overhead and incoming freight from the previous weeks order.</li> <li><strong>CULLING: </strong>Removing damaged/unsellable material and issuing credit electronically.</li> <li><strong>MERCHANDISING: </strong>Maintain signage and pricing to best practice. Move backers to affect perception.</li> <li><strong>ORDERING:</strong> Replenish inventory according to published guidelines.</li> <li><strong>CUSTOMER INTERACTION</strong>: Build strong dependable relationships with store management and associates.</li> <li><strong>PROJECTS AND TASKS</strong>: Merchandising projects and tasks will be assigned by area manager.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Complete tasks, projects and resets of Woodgrain products in stores</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong> </strong></p> <p><strong>What you need to have:</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc" type="disc"> <li>Must have a valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance and your own vehicle.</li> <li>This position is very labor intensive and requires the ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.</li> </ul>
