Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment. Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></span></p> <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">RF / Microwave Testing:</span></li> <ul type="circle"> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Ability to use R.F. test equipment to conduct some basic tests such as insertion loss, gain, and VSWR. May require guidance in set ups of various tests.</span></li> </ul> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Position Stabilization:</span></li> <ul type="circle"> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Has a basic understanding of gyro stabilization, and positioning loops. Able to use basic test equipment to verify functionality of components. Works with assembly to null synchro's and align gyroscopes.</span></li> </ul> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Communication Systems:</span></li> <ul type="circle"> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Ability to make connections and establish communications to verify various data streams are present.</span></li> </ul> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Video:</span></li> <ul type="circle"> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Able to set-up and correctly adjust video monitors and T.V. cameras. Able to recognize faults in video systems such as loss of sync, objectionable video noise, incorrectly adjusted display settings.</span></li> </ul> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Digital:</span></li> <ul type="circle"> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Has a knowledge of the basic building blocks of digital electronics and how they integrate with each other. Able to test simple circuits and follow signals using a logic probe.</span></li> </ul> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Records & Documentation:</span></li> <ul type="circle"> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Is able to work with most all KEO documentation. Asks for assistance when needed.</span></li> </ul> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Component & Sub-Assembly Level Testing:</span></li> <ul type="circle"> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Able to perform some testing to drawing requirements at component levels and on simple sub assemblies.</span></li> </ul> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Micro Processor / Micro Computer / Programming of devices:</span></li> <ul type="circle"> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Able to follow set procedures and program most devices. Asks for assistance when needed.</span></li> </ul> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Unit Level / System Level Testing:</span></li> <ul type="circle"> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Can perform most of the operational tests that don’t require complex test set-ups.</span></li> </ul> </ul> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p> <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years relevant experience or Associate Degree with experience</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Ability to read and understand blueprints, operation data sheets & computerized instructions</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Ability to obtain a secret clearance which requires US Citizenship</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Preferred Additional Skills:</strong></span></p> <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Knowledge (basic) of SAP</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Problem Solving</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">IPC-610, IPC-620 and J-STD 001 2</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Secret Clearance</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"> <span>In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the pay for this role in Massachusetts is $28.11.
