The senior manager will oversee a team of approximately 70 engineers and managers in support of the Advanced Development Group (ADG) and Tactical Airborne Systems (TAS) divisions’ products and program portfolio. This role encompasses management and direct technical contribution for the hardware test development teams, spanning from development to the production launch for new products on projects and programs. The successful candidate will have the technical knowledge capable of execution for new products, including fulfilment of project / program requirements as well as optimization of electrical processes . Additionally, the individual will be accountable and partner with Division Chief Engineers to ensure that all functional engineering resources (people, process, tool) are appropriately deployed to support the execution and performance of all division products and programs. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
