In this dual technical‑leadership role, you will guide a team responsible for through‑hole assembly, depanelization, soldering processes, and related automated equipment—while also driving process development, continuous improvement, and technical problem‑solving initiatives. This is a highly visible role that partners closely with operations, quality, engineering, and cross-functional groups to ensure our PCBA production lines meet quality, yield, and reliability expectations.
