In this highly visible role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and their teams, driving HR initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and deliver impactful HR solutions across aligned functions. This position is ideal for a strategic, data-driven HR leader who enjoys solving complex organizational challenges while building strong relationships across the business. This is an on-site position located in Palm Bay, FL.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Essential Functions:</span></strong></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Provide primary HR strategic advice to multiple senior-level executives within the SMS Segment, offering consultative support on complex organizational, talent, and business challenges<br>• Analyze workforce data to identify trends, provide data-driven insights that inform decision-making, and develop recommendations on organizational design. Create executive-level metrics and presentations to translate HR data into compelling business narratives and actionable insights<br>• Lead talent management and succession planning initiatives.
