This senior-level position requires a professional who can bridge traditional manufacturing engineering excellence with cutting-edge AI capabilities, particularly within Palantir Foundry and advanced analytics platforms. The candidate will be responsible for developing, deploying, and training others on AI-driven solutions that optimize manufacturing processes, enhance decision-making, and drive measurable ROI across multiple programs and departments.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">As a Level 4 Manufacturing Engineer, you will develop and implement manufacturing engineering plans and projects of strategic importance, define and transfer advanced AI/ML tools and strategies, and serve as a subject matter expert in digital transformation initiatives. This role requires minimal oversight and demands the ability to influence organizational direction through innovative AI applications integrated with Statistical Process Control (SPC), MES, ERP manufacturing engineering experience with demonstrated AI/ML application OR Graduate Degree (Master's or PhD preferred in Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field) with a minimum of 4 years of related experience OR In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of progressive manufacturing engineering experience with demonstrated expertise in AI/ML tool development and
