This role requires the ability to clearly communicate priorities, drive execution across multiple functions, and ensure production schedules meet program demands. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of MRP principles, supply and demand fundamentals, and the ability to analyze data to identify trends impacting work-in-progress (WIP).</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><strong> </strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Partner with cross-functional teams—Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Engineering—to aggressively drive program priorities and resolve constraints.</strong></span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Manage and coordinate the timely movement of hardware to and from test and engineering labs, ensuring accurate location scan accuracy and traceability throughout the process</strong></span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Oversee the creation and accuracy of material inventory transactions to ensure proper demand signals within MRP system.</strong></span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Utilize MRP systems to plan, monitor, and adjust schedules based on evolving supply and demand conditions.</strong></span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Identify and communicate potential risks to schedule performance, proposing mitigation strategies.</strong></span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Prepare and deliver clear, concise presentations to leadership and stakeholders regarding production status, risks, and recovery plans.</strong></span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Lead operational containment and execution strategies during Engineering Change Order (ECO) implementations to minimize schedule and production impacts.</strong></span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Extract, manipulate, and analyze large datasets in Microsoft Excel to assess WIP trends and highlight positive or negative performance drivers.</strong></span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Monitor material availability, capacity constraints, and resource allocations to ensure schedule adherence.</strong></span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Support continuous improvement efforts aimed at increasing schedule accuracy, reducing cycle time, and improving delivery performance.</strong></span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><strong> </strong><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field; equivalent experience considered.</strong></span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><strong>5+ years of experience in production control, planning, or related operations roles.</strong></span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Strong working knowledge of MRP systems and supply/demand planning principles.</strong></span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Proven ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, both verbally and through professional presentations.</strong></span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis functions.</strong></span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Demonstrated success in influencing and driving priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.</strong></span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.</strong></span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><strong> </strong><strong>Preferred Additional Skills:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Experience in a manufacturing or defense/aerospace production environment</strong></span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies</strong></span></li> </ul>
