Responsibilities include: collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing and delivering innovative solutions to align with L3Harris business objectives, ensuring system stability and performance for production systems, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Essential Functions: <ul> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Collaborate with business stakeholders and managed service support personnel to design, configure, and test SAP FI/PS solutions, providing expert guidance on best practices.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Facilitate collection and documentation of business requirements for SAP Finance (FI) and Project Systems (PS) modules, ensuring alignment with business objectives.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Support the implementation of finance and project systems functionality for large SAP implementation projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, and new module rollouts.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications and process flows.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Assist with prioritization of issue resolution and enhancements for SAP FI/PS modules, provide guidance to assist with troubleshooting complex issues</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Build strong internal & external customer relationships by aligning system solutions to our changing business requirements</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Stay current with new technologies especially within SAP systems to align technologies with the L3Harris business direction</li> </ul> Qualifications: <ul> <li style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;color:black">Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field, or a related field and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Minimum of 9 years of experience in ERP system utilization and operational leadership, with a proven track record of successful system implementations and support.</li> </ul> Preferred Additional Skills: <ul> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Strong understanding of financial processes, project management principles, and SAP integration points with other modules (e.g., MM, SD).</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Strong presentation skills with the ability to present complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Experience with development of technical solutions to complex problems and driving implementation.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Experience working within financial applications, with emphasis on accounting or shared services functions.</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Exposure to project management methodologies, including waterfall and Agile</li> </ul> In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $99,500-$184,500. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is $114,000-$212,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
