In our Redmond, WA, site (Seattle area), we fabricate, assemble, and test chemical and electric thrusters, as well as small scale propulsion systems. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.</li> </ul> Preferred Additional Skills: <ul> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to plan, organize, coordinate, direct and control the activities of the assigned areas</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Experience in leading teams building electromechanical hardware</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Knowledge of fluid flow components (i.e. valves, regulators, PRV’s) and thermal control components (i.e. heaters, thermocouples, RTD’s) is a plus</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Experience with gas flow systems (gaseous nitrogen and helium)</li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Familiarity with 5S and lean procedures. </li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Ability and willingness to work other shifts and overtime as necessary. </li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Oracle and Delmia experience. </li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Knowledge of Laminar Flow environments and FOE/FOD controls a plus. </li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black">Knowledge of mechanical assembly and test of electromechanical components. </li> </ul> In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $67,000 - $124,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
