Effectively convert qualified inbound enquiries into issued policies by conducting thorough needs analyses, presenting strong recommendations, and securing decisive closures.

Responsibilities
Lead Conversion
Contact new leads quickly to maximise engagement Conduct needs-based conversations and present solutions Close sales and drive applications through to issuance
Revenue Growth
Hit monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets Increase case size and product mix Identify cross-sell opportunities across life and health plans
Client Experience
Deliver clear, trustworthy and professional advisory Maintain strong follow-up and post-sale servicing Conduct annual policy reviews to generate repeat business
Requirements
Minimum 3 years in insurance / financial advisory sales with a strong understanding of life and health insurance products Required certifications : CMFAS M5, M9, M9A, HI Additional certifications (M8, M8A, PGI, BCP, ComGI) are advantageous Advisors comfortable working with high lead volumes Individuals who are disciplined, metrics-driven and target-oriented Strong communication and objection-handling skills
