Help Train Techs to troubleshoot to component level. Ensures techs make required entries in quality module and controls boards going to other factories for test and troubleshoot.</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif"><strong>Essential Responsibilities:</strong></span></span></p> <p> </p> <ul style="margin-bottom:11.0px"> <li> <p><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif">Ensures test stations are running at rate.</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif">Highlights technical issues to Engineering, Quality and test engineering on issues effecting yield and test throughput.</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif">Works with rework expeditor to prevent units in rework aging more than 1 week.</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif">Responsible for performing functions associated with manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies.</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif">Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment.</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif">Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process.</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif">Works with engineers to conduct experiments.</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif">Provides training to lower level technicians on Falcon III products.</span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif">Traversing across the production floor for the duration of their shift (up to 12 hours).</span></span></p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif"><strong>Basic Qualifications</strong>:</span></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li> <p><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif">Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant electrical experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior electrical experience.</span></span></p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif"><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></span></span></p> <p> </p> <ul style="margin-bottom:11.0px"> <li> <p><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif">Has working knowledge and hands on experience on radio manufacturing (test and diagnostics to include component, board, module and radio level). </span></span></p> </li> <li> <p><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif">Prior exposure to L3Harris products.</span></span></p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0px"><span style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif"><em>In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $27.64 - $51.20.
