We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Galesburg, United States. As the first point of contact for our valued customers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our reputation for excellent service.
Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionallyTake accurate customer orders and input them into our systemProcess cash transactions and handle payments securelyProvide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issuesMaintain a clean and organized work environmentAssist with various tasks to support smooth store operationsLift and move items weighing up to 25 lbs. as neededCollaborate with team members to ensure efficient service deliveryAdhere to company policies and procedures at all times Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanorStrong customer service orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentFlexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as requiredBasic computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quicklyProven multitasking skills and attention to detailProblem-solving abilities to address customer concerns effectivelyAbility to follow directions and work both independently and as part of a teamPhysical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required – we provide training!
