<p><span style=""><strong>Job Title: </strong>Program Manager<strong><br>Job Location: </strong>Romania<strong><br></strong><strong>Job ID: </strong>33102<strong><br><br></strong><strong>Role Profile:<br><br></strong></span></p> <p><span style="">The Mission Critical Communications (MCC) International Program Manager is responsible for managing the cost, schedule, and technical performance requirements of international program programs through all phases from inception to completion. The successful candidate must be capable of managing moderate project initiatives, of substantial importance to the organization, with minimal oversight or direction.</span></p> <p><span style="">The responsibilities of this role includes; driving offset and supply programs execution in order to achieve key business and financial objectives for orders, revenue recognition, operating income, and free cash flow for new, continuing, or current programs. Works with Sales/customers/International Representatives to determine/identify needs, requirements and new opportunities. Directs the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of offset related contracts. Ensures that all resources such as engineering staffing, production and facilities are available to support the program. </span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style=""><strong>Essential Functions:<br><br></strong></span></p> <ul> <li style=""><span style="">Experience with offset</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Experience managing Transfers of Technology/Production/Know-how</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Experience managing budgets</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Negotiating and managing subcontracts</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Managing program risk</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Reporting progress and financial metrics to regional lead/director</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Understanding of international shipping terms and ITAR export control regulations</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style=""><strong>Qualifications:<br><br></strong></span></p> <ul> <li style=""><span style="">BS/BA required or equivalent military experience and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience or Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Familiarity with reporting corporate financial metrics</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Experience with scheduling projects</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Experience working with international customers</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style=""><strong>Preferred Additional Skills:<br><br></strong></span></p> <ul> <li style=""><span style="">Master’s degree, MBA preferred</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Defense industry experience desired</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">PMP Certification desired</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Familiarity with Defense and Aerospace industry preferred</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Experience with Manufacturing/Production/Assembly line and Test Factory Operations.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Understanding of Supply Chain management processes and procedures</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Experience with LIII and Depot level maintenance workshop management.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Experience coordinating and managing Factory Acceptance Tests, Site Surveys, Site Acceptance Tests, Transfer of Production/Technology projects, complex installations, complex sustainment programs. </span></li> <li style=""><span style="">4 years direct customer interface experience desired</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">4 years of experience managing international programs desired</span></li> </ul> <p> </p>
