The ideal candidate will have extensive program management experience managing both development and production programs, using earned value management (EVM), and managing profit and loss centers. The Senior Specialist, Program Manager is responsible for successful completion of assigned programs, which includes management of all assigned resources to ensure contractual requirements are well defined, universally understood, and compliant to achieve program objectives.
