The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in development and production program management, Earned Value Management (EVM), and managing profit and loss centers. The Specialist, Program Manager is responsible for successful completion of assigned programs, which includes management of all assigned resources to ensure contractual requirements are well defined, universally understood, and compliant to achieve program objectives. The program manager is responsible for overall program performance including meeting all delivery dates on time and within budget.
