The BSA is responsible for setting the vision for the product, and for prioritizing and accepting the work generated by the team to ensure the vision is met. The BSA is also responsible for communicating customer requirements and feature requests to the software development team. The BSA will work closely with Systems Engineers, Solution Architects and software engineering teams to break customer requirements into work items.
