This role is expected to provide critical thinking support to PMs with strong assessment of risks, opportunities and actions needed to achieve business plans.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">The position partners and consults with multiple PMs to ensure accurate program financial reporting, forecasting and compliance to both accounting standards, contract requirements and government cost control guidelines.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Prepares budgets and schedules for contract work and performs and / or assists in financial analyses such as funding profiles, sales outlook, and variance analysis.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Manage Estimate at Completions (EACs) and profit impacts for assigned programs. Promptly communicate risks and opportunities as identified to finance management and business partners. </span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Perform schedule risk assessments to identify and mitigate program cost and scheduling risks.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Ensures adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records of expenditures, directing expenditure projections and ensure timely submission of incremental funding requests.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Incorporate contractual changes into control systems / ERP.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Ensure compliance with financial policies, practices, and procedures at the division and operating unit.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Other duties as assigned.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Experienced strong problem solving skills with ability to execute challenging tasks to completion.</span></li> <li><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Experience showing strong attention to detail and strong communication skills.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior related experience OR Graduate Degree and minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
