This role provides advisory support to ensure appropriate escalation of issues, improve the quality and consistency of submissions to OGC, and reduce unnecessary legal involvement where matters can be resolved within Supply Chain. This role will, within policy and procedural limits, advise purchasing professionals and program managers on subcontract matters such as warranty interpretation, limitation of liability, termination for convenience or default, indemnification, and other subcontract terms and risks.</span></p> <p style="margin:0.0in 0.0in 8.0pt;line-height:107%;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><strong><em><span style="font-size:14.0pt;line-height:107%;font-family:Verdana, sans-serif;background-color:yellow">****This position can sit in Greenville, TX, Rockwall, TX, or Waco, TX. style="line-height:normal;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:Verdana, sans-serif">Graduate Degree with seven (7) years of experience with US Government (FAR/DFARS) contract procurement process, contracts/licenses, other transaction authority, and/or commercial contracts drafting and negotiations.</span></li> <li style="line-height:normal;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:Verdana, sans-serif">In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of experience with US Government (FAR/DFARS) contract procurement process, contracts/licenses, other transaction authority, and/or commercial contracts drafting and negotiations.</span></li> <li
