The Quality Lead is responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes within the manufacturing department. This role ensures that all products meet the required standards for quality and reliability before they reach the customer. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen attention to detail, and a deep understanding of quality control processes in a manufacturing environment.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></span></p> <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Implement the Quality Assurance effort for a manufacturing line for Counter UxS systems</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures to ensure product quality and reliability.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Oversee the AS9100 certification process and ensure ongoing compliance with AS9100 standards.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Conduct regular audits and inspections of the manufacturing process to identify areas for improvement and ensure configuration management.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving efforts for quality-related issues.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Communicate quality performance and issues to senior management and other stakeholders.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Develop and maintain documentation related to quality assurance processes and procedures.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying style="font-size:14.0pt">Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the defense or aerospace industry.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Knowledge of AS9100 standards and certification processes.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Strong understanding of quality assurance
