The candidate will gain experience in maintaining and repairing a variety of industrial facility equipment and systems, including operations manufacturing equipment. The successful candidate will work under general supervision to help ensure that our facilities operate smoothly, efficiently, and safely.</span></p> <p><br><strong><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Essential Functions:</span></strong><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Assist in performing maintenance and repairs on Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and mechanical equipment</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Support maintenance and troubleshooting of operations manufacturing equipment including large chamber vacuum systems, Computer Numerical Control (CNC) equipment, control systems, and shakers</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Assist in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving issues with facility systems and equipment</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on facility infrastructure and manufacturing equipment under guidance</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Collaborate with other facilities staff and contractors to complete projects and repairs</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Some experience with operations manufacturing equipment including large chamber vacuum systems, CNC equipment, control systems, and shakers</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Good communication and teamwork skills</span><br><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">• Ability to work under general supervision and
