This employee will interact with internal and external partners and work both independently and with members of the Contracts, Supply Chain, Program Management and Business Development teams. These interactions will include a variety of government and company property management, as well as hardware inspection related activities to minimize associated risk to the Company while supporting business growth goals.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></span></p> <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Perform government and company property shipping, receiving, handling, and storage activities in accordance with established procedures and compliance requirements.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Receive incoming property and materials; prepare, process, and coordinate domestic and international shipments.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Ensure accurate and timely data entry within the Material Management Accountability System and other applicable tracking systems.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Maintain records of accountable and auditable transactions related to logistics and property operations.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Support the preparation and execution of periodic facility, Government Furnished Property, and Company Property audits.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Assist in planning, scheduling, and conducting periodic inventory audits with internal stakeholders.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Prepare reports and maintain documentation to support inventory control, audit readiness, and property accountability.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Inspect supplier-provided hardware for workmanship, functionality, and compliance with contractual and technical requirements.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Test and measure finished products, components, and assemblies to verify functionality, operation, accuracy, and conformance to specifications.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Inspect materials, products, and work in process for compliance with established standards and specifications.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Document inspection and test results, identify items for acceptance or rejection, and maintain supporting records.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders regarding inspection findings, corrective actions, repair needs, and disposition requirements.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Install, position, and connect components, parts, finished products, or instruments for testing or operational evaluation as required.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Maintain hardware inspection records to support trend analysis, historical tracking, nonconformance documentation, and audit control.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Support the Return Material Authorization process and maintain related records for trend analysis and audit purposes.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Comply with Electrostatic Discharge handling requirements during the handling, inspection, and movement of applicable hardware and materials.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Assist in maintaining logistics policies, procedures, and process documentation.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Resolve routine transportation and logistics-related issues in a timely and effective manner.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Communicate transportation and logistics costs to customers, suppliers, or internal stakeholders, as required.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Review, evaluate, and process internal work tickets in accordance with established procedures.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Perform other duties as assigned in support of business operations.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Up to 10% travel may be required.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">US Citizenship</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">High school diploma or equivalent required.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">2+ years of experience in shipping and receiving, logistics, inventory control, property accountability, quality inspection, or a related operational environment.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Experience maintaining accurate records and working within inventory, property, or material tracking systems.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Ability to inspect, test, and document materials, components, and assemblies against specifications and established standards.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Effective written and verbal communication skills.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.</span></li> <li
