This position performs equipment setup, material loading, machine operation, in-process inspections, and basic troubleshooting to ensure products meet applicable quality and production standards. The role works closely with Production Planning, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance; and participates in workplace organization and continuous-improvement activities, including 5S, Gemba walks, KPI
