This will involve:</span></p> <ul> <li style=""><span style="">Senior Manager, Contracts over a team within the Intelligence and Cyber Sector.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Provide expert contractual direction and guidance for all phases of the business cycle (pre-proposal, proposal, negotiation, and post-award).</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Provide evaluation, solution based business and contractual guidance, and risk mitigation strategies for contractual and business obligations, opportunities, rights, and remedies.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Establish and drive implementation of contract policies, processes, and procedures to ensure achievement of segment and corporate goals.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Provide leadership, oversight, direction, and guidance of compliance awareness with contract and regulatory requirements as well as L3Harris policies and procedures.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Review proposals to ensure they meet company policy and customer solicitation requirements; determine the applicability of government/international laws and regulations.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Utilize risk management methodologies to assess and minimize risk to the company.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Lead team in negotiation preparation and negotiation execution to ensure L3Harris enters strong deals.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Work closely with government contacts and multi-function corporate representatives i.e., program management, engineering, finance, legal, trade compliance, etc.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Participate in initiatives; promote continuous improvement while advancing the contracts function.<br><br></span></li> </ul> <p><span style=""><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style=""><span style="">Active Top Secret security clearance with CI polygraph.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Bachelor’s Degree with 12 years of prior related experience, or Graduate Degree with 10 years of prior related experience. In lieu of degree, there is a minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.<br><br></span></li> </ul> <p><span style=""><strong>Preferred Additional Skills:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style=""><span style="">Experience with managing IDIQ’s, CPAF, CPFF and FFP contracts.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Expert knowledge of FAR/DFARS regulations, licensing, ITAR/EAR, and CAS.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Prior experience in leading and mentoring a team of contract professionals to achieve departmental and business goals and objectives.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize contract processes, improve efficiency, and drive business outcomes.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Strong communication with parties within and outside of the organization.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Demonstrated ability to negotiate and finalize complex contracts, including pricing, terms, and conditions to maximize value and mitigate risks.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are necessary for working in a collaborative and positive team environment.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Basic understanding of EVMS.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Advanced education within the discipline or an MBA.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">NCMA professional certifications (CPCM, CFCM, etc.).</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Experience with commercial contracting/subcontracting, preferable ability to manage services-based contracts/subcontracts.</span></li> </ul> <p style=""><span style="">#LI-FS1</span></p>
