You&apos;ll be at the forefront of system integrity conducting reliability analyses, FMEA assessments, redundancy trade studies, and driving sustainment strategies that keep vital defense systems operational. <br></span></p> <p style="margin:0.0in;line-height:normal;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;color:black"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><br><strong>Essential Functions:</strong> <br>• Generate Reliability Plans and Procedures<br>• Interpret and allocate reliability/availability requirements<br>• Perform Reliability, Maintainability, Availability Analyses<br>• Conduct Reliability and Availability Redundancy Trades<br>• Perform sparing analysis in support of availability requirements and sustainment activities<br>• Knowledge of mechanical reliability concepts and equations<br>• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously during development and production stages<br>• FMEA and FMECA Analyses<br>• Support FRACAS activities<br>• Experience with reliability demonstration testing, thermal cycling, burn-in and vibration<br>• Ability to complete assignments with minimal supervision<br>• Team player able to work in small or large team environments and have strong written and communications skills<br>• Possession of a security clearance or the ability to obtain one<br>• Must have experience and be competent with Microsoft office tools</span></p> <p style="margin:0.0in;line-height:normal;font-size:11.0pt;font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;color:black"><span style="font-size:14.0pt;font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif"><br><strong>Qualifications: </strong><br>• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
