In this role, you will work in a controlled clean room environment to assemble and inspect aerospace components.</span></p> <p><span style=""><strong> </strong></span></p> <p><span style=""><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span style="">Perform assembly and inspection tasks in a Clean Room environment.</span></li> <li><span style="">Follow strict Clean Room protocols to maintain contamination-free conditions.</span></li> <li><span style="">Handle and assemble aerospace components with precision and care.</span></li> <li><span style="">Conduct visual inspections to ensure components meet quality standards.</span></li> <li><span style="">Document work performed and maintain accurate records.</span></li> <li><span style="">Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.</span></li> <li><span style="">Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style=""><strong> </strong></span></p> <p><span style=""><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span style="">High school diploma or equivalent.</span></li> <li><span style="">1+ years of experience working in a clean room or controlled environment.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style=""><strong> </strong></span></p> <p><span style=""><strong>Preferred Additional Skills:</strong></span></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li><span style="">Experience in aerospace manufacturing or assembly work.</span></li> <li><span style="">Knowledge of precision assembly techniques and tools.</span></li> <li><span style="">Fine motor skills and handling.</span></li> <li><span style="">Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</span></li> <li><span style="">Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures.</span></li> <li><span style="">Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="">In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in the state of New Jersey is $18.50/hr - $59.13/hr. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
