The supervisor is responsible for prioritizing production schedules based on product design release, equipment efficiency, personnel resources and materials supply. The successful candidate will communicate within the organization to explain status and future expectations. This role will lead and direct the work of the production team comprised of manufacturing/assembly professionals who are Unionized.
