Schedule: 9/80- Employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked, and have every other Friday off Job Description: The Senior Manager of Program Management for Maritime’s Imaging Systems (IS) business will manage a large dynamic P&L. Key functions will include managing all aspects of portfolio performance, including cost, technical, and schedule milestones, coordinating with functional offices to ensure program compliance, leading program proposal efforts, and managing reporting requirements. A background with experience leading development programs with cross-functional teams is preferred for this position. The ideal candidate will deliver cutting-edge imaging and submarine system capabilities to customers across various contract types. For California, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Washington D.C., Maryland Greater Washington D.C. area, the city of Denver, Washington State and New York City, the salary range for this role is $153-$284K.
