Coordinate assembly level through system level integration and test activities and ensure that technical obligations are fulfilled.</em></span></p> <p><span style=""><em>Experienced professional with proficient knowledge of job area and practice knowledge of project management. May manage projects or processes with general supervision Communications with contacts inside and outside of own department to explain and interpret operational processes, practices, and procedures. Recommends enhancements with systems and processes. Works to achieve operational targets for specific programs and projects with moderate impact on departmental results.</em></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style=""><strong>Essential Functions: </strong></span></p> <ul> <li style=""><span style="">Perform software and hardware development for automated test processes</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Develop automated test plans, test procedures and test cases</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Execute automated tests and analyze test results</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Troubleshoot automated test stations, lead root cause and corrective action efforts</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Utilize software tools to perform software/hardware troubleshooting</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Develop and deliver technical presentations to communicate test development activity plans and status to internal and external stakeholders</span></li> </ul> <ul type="disc"> <li style=""><span style="">Follow processes in conformance with established policies and objectives</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Support internal and external design reviews to ensure design for testability</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Support Operations in failure trend analysis and ensure failure trends are quickly and effectively identified and resolved</span></li> </ul> <ul> <li style=""><span style="">Provide technical guidance for automated test tools to engineering development teams and offer improvements based on lessons learned</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Collaborate with I&T commodity teams in the transition from manual to automated test process</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Support business development on proposals for automated test tools</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Mentor less tenured engineers on the I&T Automation Engineering team.</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Contribute to continuous improvement efforts<a name="_Hlk150337426"></a></span></li> </ul> <p><span style=""><strong>Qualifications: </strong></span></p> <ul type="disc"> <li style=""><span style="">Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field and minimum 6 years of prior Integration/Test experience; OR Graduate degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience; OR in lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Ability to obtain a US DOD Secret Clearance (requires US Citizenship)</span></li> <li style=""><span style=""><strong>Technical Software Proficiency:</strong> IBM Rational DOORS, TestRail, MBSE, Atlassian Suite (JIRA and Confluence)</span></li> <li style=""><span style=""><strong>Software Proficiency:</strong> Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Project</span></li> <li style=""><span style=""><strong>Advanced Competency:</strong> NI LabVIEW, NI TestStand, MS Visio, MS Project</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Strong presentation and communication skills (verbal, written, and visual)</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Problem-solving skills and ability to meet critical deadlines</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Ability to productively contribute work, ideas, and collaboration as part of a team</span></li> <li style=""><span style=""><strong>Specialty Experience (at least one required):</strong></span></li> <ul type="circle"> <li style=""><span style="">Understanding of Broadband RF/Microwave and Antenna testing for injected and radiated tests including S-Parameters, Noise Figure, Compression, EMI/EMC; OR</span></li> <li style=""><span style="">Understanding of Electro-Optical Imaging testing including optical Signal to Noise Ratio, MTF, MRTD, boresight alignment, optical distortion, relative illumination, ELRF testing and alignments, video format compliance, multi-spectral cameras such as visible, SWIR, MWIR</span></li> </ul> <li style=""><span style=""><strong>Test Hardware Experience:</strong> Programmable Power Supplies, Digital Multi-Meters, Oscilloscopes, Signal Generators, RF Signal Generators, Spectrum Analyzers, Noise Figure Analyzers, Fiber Optic Scope Meters, DAQs</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="">In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Massachusetts is $88,500- $164,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
