Act as back up for the Bid & Proposal Process (developing bid and coordinating proposal reviews) for Operations. Candidate should have strong attention to detail, strong Excel skills, and flexibility to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><a name="_Hlk103694852"></a>Completing monthly EACs with support from Operations Program Management</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Analysis of cost overruns and weekly labor charging</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Conduct Unit Cost analysis to ensure standards are in line with run rate</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Conduct Bi-Weekly Support and Unit Cost Variance analysis and present data to stakeholders</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Manage the capital tracking process ensuring all databases are maintained and equipment properly tagged</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Act as back up support for developing estimates for the touch labor assembly, test, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Planning and Control</span> <ul style="list-style-type:circle"> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Support entry into the BOE Tool</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Ensures estimates developed are fully auditable and in full compliance with all government laws and regulations.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Utilize learning curve theory in developing proposal unit cost</span></li> </ul> </li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Support the SIOP Monthly Process</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Identify opportunities to improve data reporting through continuous improvement initiatives (E3)</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Preferred Additional Skills:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Strong Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and PowerPoint Skills</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Ability to work with large data sets</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Strong analytical abilities</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in New Jersey area is $72,000.00 - $133.500.00.</span></p>
