Essential Functions: <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black"> Perform data entry and maintain records for inspections, non-conformances, and reports. </li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black"> Collaborate with Quality Engineers and Operations to manage daily priorities. </li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black"> Perform duties in compliance with documented procedures </li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black"> Interpret geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) to accurately measure part dimensions and verify tolerances. </li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black"> Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and production teams to resolve measurement-related issues and improve inspection processes. </li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black"> Analyze measurement data, generate detailed inspection reports, and recommend corrective actions for non-conforming parts. </li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black"> Develop and maintain inspection documentation, including program files, setup sheets, and calibration records. </li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black"> Ensure compliance with industry standards and company procedures in all measurement activities. </li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black"> Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of quality control processes. </li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black"> Ability to obtain U.S. Security Clearance. </li> </ul> Qualifications: <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black"> Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. </li> </ul> Preferred Additional Skills: <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black"> Expert knowledge and/or experience with ASME Y14.5 and GD&T. </li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black"> Experience with Mitutoyo MCOSMOS software. </li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black"> Basic understanding of aircraft construction and materials. </li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black"> Working ability to utilize measuring equipment, including calipers, micrometers, and pin gauges. </li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt;color:black"> Experience with CMM program </li> </ul> In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is $32.93 -$61.06.
