As an Engineering Co-op, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience and contribute to various projects aimed at optimizing our manufacturing processes, supporting our last time buy production, material management and enhancing operational efficiency per production needs. You will work closely with our Engineering, Operations and continuous improvement, assisting with data analysis, process improvement initiatives, and project management. style="font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">on-off shift to help provide engineering support and train the operators being moved into these areas as we ramp. </span></li> <li implementation of process improvement strategies, including the design and layout of production lines, workstations, and material handling systems.</span></li> <li sans-serif">Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and analyze data.</span></li> <li sans-serif">Proficiency in using statistical analysis tools and software (e.g., Advance Excel).</span></li> <li
