resolution, driving root cause and corrective action activities, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver high-reliability products to naval and defense customers.</span></p> <p><span sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Analyze defect data, nonconformance trends, and quality metrics to identify systemic issues and drive data-driven corrective and preventive actions.</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Drive continued improvement of the quality system and investigation coordination, disposition review, and closure within enterprise quality systems (e.g., TipQA, Agile, or equivalent).</span></li> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Lead or support root cause investigations and corrective action activities using structured problem-solving tools such as 8D, 5-Why, Fishbone, or FMEA</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p> <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif;font-size:14.0pt">Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
