The Site Quality Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining quality standards, methods, instructions and planning on assigned programs. This position manages quality and inspection functions and supplies technical direction on the inspection/testing performed on piece parts, electronic & mechanical components, assemblies and end products. This position also performs internal audits, labor estimates for the quality engineering and inspection functions for existing as well as new programs. This Manager represents QA on Material Review Board (MRB) and Configuration Control Board (CCB); performs root cause analysis and implements corrective and preventive actions. Aid in the review of customers’ proposals to verify company compliance to customers’ quality levels.</span></li> <li style="line-height:107%"><span style="line-height:107%">Lead Zero Defect Plan for the site through systematic data review of metrics, trend charts and potential drivers and identifying opportunities for Continuous Improvements projects.</span></li> <li style="line-height:107%"><span style="line-height:107%">Interface with all stakeholders ensuring compliance to customers’ and company’s quality requirements.</span></li> <li style="line-height:107%"><span style="line-height:107%">Review customer purchase orders and contracts, become familiar with customer documents and communicate quality requirements to cognizant departments.</span></li> <li style="line-height:107%"><span style="line-height:107%">Perform internal procedures and process audits as requested.</span></li> <li style="line-height:107%"><span style="line-height:107%">Review and approve drawings and product build (shop orders) documentation.</span></li> <li style="line-height:107%"><span style="line-height:107%">Review and approve supplier requisitions for appropriate quality requirements.</span></li> <li style="line-height:107%"><span style="line-height:107%">Review product discrepancies, perform investigation and coordinate with manufacturing and engineering to develop and implement corrective and preventive action.</span></li> <li style="line-height:107%"><span style="line-height:107%">Represents QA on Material Review Board (MRB) and Configuration Control Board (CCB).</span></li> <li style="line-height:107%"><span style="line-height:107%">Supply technical direction on inspection/testing of piece parts, electrical and mechanical components, assemblies and end products.</span></li> <li style="line-height:107%"><span style="line-height:107%">Write/revise internal procedures and instructions assigned.</span></li> <li style="line-height:107%"><span style="line-height:107%">Perform other duties as required by Management.</span></li> <li style="line-height:107%"><span style="line-height:107%">Maintain QMS for the site to ensure compliance to appropriate AS9100, customer and corporate requirements.</span></li> <li style="line-height:107%"><span style="line-height:107%">Perform Contract Review for Quality and flow down of requirements to the supply chain and functional groups. Interface and collaboration with Supply Quality Engineering with respect to supplier technical requirements. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 10 years of prior related</em> experience. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
