Duties of the job include: Essential Functions: <ul> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Senior professional with strong knowledge of job area and broad knowledge of project management. Manages complex projects or processes with general oversight. Communicates within and outside of own function to gain cooperation on operational processes, practices, and procedures. Makes moderate to substantial improvements to systems and processes. Contributes to achievement of departmental goals and operating plans with direct impact on the departmental results. Responsible for all aspects of maintaining the Earned Value Management data integrity for multiple programs utilizing the Cobra and SAP toolsets including: <ul style="list-style-type:circle"> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Forecasting of FPA type of metrics for program performance</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Annual forecasting and variance analysis to financial plan including profitability and cash flow</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Creating/ Maintaining/Updating of Projects in SAP</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Ensuring EAC accuracy for all efforts under responsibility</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Work is performed with minimal supervision and the ideal candidate is able to mentor junior members of the team</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <ul> <li style="list-style-type:none;font-size:14.0pt"> <ul style="list-style-type:circle"> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Creation of Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) deliverables (Formats 1-5, 7).</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Creation and Review Variance reports with CAM input</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Creates and maintains program baseline budgets for performance measurement.</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Prepares moderately complex proposal cost estimates and pricing data.</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Provides support for internal and external audits for assigned programs.</li> </ul> </li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Create Ad Hoc analysis as needed</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Other duties as assigned by leadership</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Detail oriented with ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands in a fast paced environment. </li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Effective interpersonal and communication skills.</li> </ul> Qualifications: <ul> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Accounting, Finance, or related analytical field</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience. </li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Experience with COBRA/SAP</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Demonstrated strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications specifically Excel.</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Expertise in understanding and using Earned Value Management concepts and processes. </li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Experience with risk management, financial management, and work breakdown structures, change management, cost estimating, configuration management and system surveillance, operations, and procurement. Familiarity with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations, ANSI-748-D, EVMIG, and NDIA Intent Guides.</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">US citizenship required.</li> </ul> Preferred Additional Skills: <ul> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">MBA or CPA preferred</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Experience in a leadership development program </li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Experience managing the financials for a highly visible program</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Knowledge of government contracts, funding profiles, sales outlook and variance analysis preferred.</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Experience with contracts such as CPAF, CPFF, T&M, FFP, etc</li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Strong computer skills </li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt">Certifications such as PMP, EVMP or similar </li> </ul> In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado State, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Vermont and New York State is $76K-$141K. For California, New Jersey, Seattle, Washington D.C., Maryland Greater Washington D.C. area, the city of Denver, Washington State and New York City, the salary range for this role is $88K-164K.
