Works autonomously. Acts as a mentor to lower level peers and provides guidance on tasks. Makes recommendations for process improvements. Works on assignments requiring development of concepts and techniques.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><strong>A successful candidate should be able to:</strong></span></p> <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Perform critical path analysis to identify and mitigate delays that could impact production schedules</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Analyze material configuration and job order status using Windows-based computer systems and software</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Coordinate and negotiate workflow through multiple work centers via various functional organizations to secure needed resources while ensuring changing customer demands, and schedule deadlines are met.</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Identify and create goals that lead to the successful completion of project deliverables within the allotted time</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Effectively communicate detailed schedule development to stakeholders, department leads, production management, and executive management</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Perform detailed schedule, risk, and continuous improvement-based analysis to identify, develop, and drive solutions</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Frequently lifts, twists, and rotates with 32 pounds on a consistent basis</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Works overtime, weekend, holiday and/or second shift hours as needed by program</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Requires fully proficient job knowledge/skills. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.<strong><br><br></strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:14.0pt"><strong>Preferred Additional Skills:</strong></span></p> <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Experience in project or program execution techniques preferred</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint)</span></li> <li style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-size:14.0pt">Experience with SAP or other ERP/MRP systems is preferred</span></li> </ul>
