is responsible for detailed analysis of the master program schedule, including status, performance, network logic, and critical path. <ul> <li style="color:black;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Create and tracks plans and schedules, performs risk analysis, identifies, and resolves critical path and network logic conflicts;</li> <li style="color:black;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Perform Critical Path Analysis, Schedule Risk Analysis, and Schedule Metric Analysis - such as BEI, CEI, CPLI, SPI, etc.;</li> <li style="color:black;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Develop integrated master schedules using IMP, SOW, and WBS;</li> <li style="color:black;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Develop integrated master schedules in an agile environment;</li> <li management and other project management techniques to gauge progress and identify performance variances to facilitate focus and intervention on critical areas;</li> <li style="color:black;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Prepare, develop, and coordinate integrated master plan and integrated master schedule (IMP/IMS) using MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint;</li> <li style="color:black;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Ensure projects and program schedules and plans are integrated across company functional groups including finance, engineering, material, manufacturing, and quality;</li> <li style="color:black;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Ensure compliance with internal program procedures and project control system guidelines;</li> <li style="color:black;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Work consists of making significant improvements of processes, Degree and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience; Or, Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience; Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience;</li> </ul> Preferred Additional Skills: <ul> <li style="color:black;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Experience with MS Project is preferred;</li> <li style="color:black;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Experience creating and/or maintaining an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and any Supporting Schedules on assigned projects/programs;</li> <li style="color:black;font-size:14.0pt;font-family:verdana, geneva, sans-serif">Experience creating and presenting project-level reports, presentations and deliverables that
