In this leadership role, you will be responsible for driving the strategic direction, execution, and continuous improvement of demand planning, master scheduling, and Repair & Overhaul (R&O) planning processes across the site. The Sr. Manager will lead the integration of demand signals from multiple sources, ensure alignment between factory production schedules and program objectives, and provide leadership for Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP) activities. This role will serve as a key cross-functional leader, partnering with Business Development, Program Management, Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to establish scalable planning processes, improve schedule performance, and enable executive decision-making. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience, including leadership experience. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, Cleveland Ohio, and Vermont is $102,500 - $190,500.
