Permanent Full Time - This is an excellent opportunity for a solution-focused, results-oriented individual contributor with an ownership mindset to apply their Group Retirement Savings (GRS) industry expertise to the development of savings products and solutions in the Canadian market. Reporting to the AVP, GRS Product Development, the Manager role acts as an individual contributor and is a key player in defining and delivering on the GRS long term product shelf strategy with the goal of identifying opportunities and effectively meeting the identified market needs of both existing and potential new Sponsors in the marketplace. The Manager will be responsible for providing Leadership with insights and opportunities, while taking a hands-on approach to product management and execution. This includes influencing across the organization and leading the successful delivery of projects and initiatives to advance the GRS department’s strategic objectives and achieve strong outcomes. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
