Base + Comm - As an Account Executive the successful candidate will be focused on the growth of their Group Benefits block. This will include business development activities such as the maintenance and further development of productive relationships with Benefits Advisors and group policy holders, acquisition of new business and new advisory relationships, and management of accounts of an in‑force business portfolio. The business development tasks will provide an opportunity for the candidate to work with a dynamic team to reach or exceed the objectives–sales, profitability, renewal, and persistency targets. This position is open to the entire BC region. Preferred locations, Kelowna, Victoria or Lower Mainland. [certified group benefits advisor], GBA (Group Benefits Associate), or CEBS (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist) is a significant asset </li> </ul>- The base salary for this position is between $70,500 - $117,500 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
