Permanent Full Time - The Optimization & Personalization Engineer will play a critical role in building and scaling Canada Life’s personalization and experimentation capabilities. Rather than focusing solely on test execution, this role will enable what is possible—expanding our use of Adobe Target and related technologies by improving data infrastructure, integrations, and platform capabilities. You will work at the intersection of marketing, analytics, product, and engineering to unlock new personalization opportunities, improve experimentation readiness, and reduce dependency on manual processes. digital experiments (A/B, multivariate, and/or personalization)</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:dimgray">2-5 years experience building within experimentation platforms (e.g., Optimizely, Adobe Target, Google Optimize, or similar)</li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:10.0pt;color:dimgray">Strong working PowerBi, Tableau)</li> </ul>- The base salary for this position is between $80,400 - $130,400 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
