<p>We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive <strong>Client Advisor </strong>to join our Dolce & Gabbana boutique in Ibiza.</p> <p>As a Client Advisor, you will be the Brand ambassador and you will make sure to provide an excellent service to every customer.<br><br><strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Tailor the client experience in order to elevate experience and impression of the brand</li> <li>Support the Sale Staff performance providing mentoring and ensure smooth operations on the shop floor</li> <li>Promote and sell products by identifying our international customers’ needs</li> <li>Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term relationship with customers</li> <li>Maintain the store standards according to the guidelines.</li> <li>Embody and transmit with passion the company projects through an effective product knowledge</li> <li>Ensuring to build long lasting relationships with the clients using clienteling tools (i.e. Client Book or client ceremony instructions) and system (i. e. CRM)</li> <li>Monitor the stock levels and support the activities of the Sale Staff</li> <li>Support basic cash operations when necessary (is trained to use the till)</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><u>Requirements</u></strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Fluency in<strong> English</strong>. Spanish will be considered as a plus</li> <li>Minimum 1-2 years of experience in luxury retail</li> <li>Self-motivation with positive attitude and professional selling techniques</li> <li>Good customers focus with strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills</li> <li>Strong team player</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Location: Ibiza, Spain</p>
